Handling of Orders
It may take up to 1 business day to process your order. This excludes Pre Order and Backorder items that express an estimate date of release when it is available. We rely on the accuracy of our customer details at the time of purchase to fulfil orders. If you have accidentally provided us inaccurate details, please message us here with your Order Number (i.e. #222222) as soon as possible.
Change of Mind Orders
No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
30 Day Return & Refunds
We will happily give you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the product:
- Is still in its original condition and packaging
- has not been opened
- has not been damaged or tampered
- Is not an Online TCG Code(s)
Postage Costs on Refunded Items
- Customers are responsible for the cost of postage to return their order
- We may provide a shipping label at the expense of the customer to reduce the cost of postage
Processing a Returned Order
Once we have received a returned item, it may take up to 7 business days for us to process it. A full refund designated to the original payment method may be granted if the above conditions are met. Alternatively, store credit may be applied or a partial refund depending on the condition of the item at time of receivership, and whether the item is exchangeable or refundable.
Refunds through PayPal
Transactions completed with PayPal will be credited into the same account your payment came from. Please allow 1-3 business days for a PayPal refund to appear in your PayPal account or card statement.
PayPal Refunds on Return Shipping Fees
- PayPal now offers refunds on return shipping fees of up to $45 per return and 8 returns per year.
- You must have this activated on your PayPal account prior to purchase.

Afterpay Refunds & Returns
Any payment made through Afterpay that result in either a return or refund shall only be conducted through Afterpay at the discretion of Rare Candy Collectables, so long the above criteria has been met. Other Payment methods
Direct Bank Transfers or Debit/Credit Card payments apply in the same manner as the above payment methods.
