Worldwide delivery is available to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and other countries with our partnered freight carriers: Auspost, DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx. There is a minimum order value of $100 for us to process your order. This value excludes the cost of shipping and any applicable customs, duties and fees.
Freight charges vary based on location, freight carrier and type of service chosen at checkout. Customers are responsible for the cost of freight, including any customs, duties and fees that may be charged at their respective border. An estimated delivery time is provided at checkout for when you may receive your order. However, a pre-order delivery time will be subject to its release date.
Orders are only dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct address has been provided at the time of completing checkout.
We cannot edit, modify, or change your shipping address when we have received your order. This also includes changing the shipping option selected at checkout.
You may under certain circumstances be able to redirect your parcel to your corrected shipping address with the relevant shipping provider. However, we cannot guarantee if this will occur.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS RETURNED TO US
If an order is returned to us for an attempted delivery, incorrect address, refusal to pay customs, duties and fees, or receiver not recognised at the address, we may hold on to the order for up to 7 days at the time of receivership. It is the customers responsibility to notify us that their order was not received for reasons above. A request maybe made for an order to be redelivered to a new address. In such an event, the customer will be responsible to cover the costs to have their order redelivered to them (excluding customs, duties and fees) including a return to sender fee issued by the freight carrier.
If a customer chooses not to have their order redelivered, or we do not receive any communications within 7 days of the order being returned to us, it will be forfeited and deemed abandoned. The hold will no longer apply, where the items in the order (presuming they are sellable), will be restocked and relisted on the website to be sold. No refund or store credit will apply for abandoned goods.
