CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS - SALISBURY, QLD 4107

Click & Collect (local pickup) is available to customers who reside within Queensland, Australia only. This option automatically appears at checkout after you have completed your shipping details.

You must complete checkout with Click & Collect as your shipping method to arrange local pickup.

It may take up to 1 business day to organise your order for collection. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup and instructions in how to arrange collection during normal trading hours.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TIMES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

*Same business day dispatch on orders before 2PM AEST Monday – Friday (excludes pre-orders). Orders received on the weekend and/or public holidays are dispatched the following business day.

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • Parcel Post + Signature: $10 (free when you spend over $149*) / 2-6 Business Days
  • Express Post + Signature: $15 flat rate / 1-3 Business Days

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders are only dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct address has been provided at the time of completing checkout. 

We cannot edit, modify, or change your shipping address when we have received your order. This also includes changing the shipping option selected at checkout.

You may under certain circumstances be able to redirect your parcel to your corrected shipping address with the relevant shipping provider. However, we cannot guarantee if this will occur.

  

UNDELIVERED ORDERS RETURNED TO US

If an order is returned to us for an attempted delivery, incorrect address, or receiver not recognised at the address, we may hold on to the order for up to 7 days at the time of receivership. 

It is the customers responsibility to notify us that their order was not received for reasons above. A request maybe made for an order to be redelivered to a new address. In such an event, the customer will be responsible to cover the costs to have their order redelivered to them (for free delivery, standard shipping fee applies) including a return to sender fee issued by the freight carrier. 

If a customer chooses not to have their order redelivered, or we do not receive any communications within 7 days of the order being returned to us, it will be forfeited and deemed abandoned. The hold will no longer apply, where the items in the order (presuming they are sellable), will be restocked and relisted on the website to be sold. No refund or store credit will apply for abandoned goods.
