This message concerns customers who have pre ordered Vivid Voltage product for the intended release date of Friday, 13 November 2020.
Please read this message carefully, as the information provided in this post relates to our business position and no one else. Please also keep note of the changes and whether it may affect your order(s).
Some may have read or seen an update in relation to Vivid Voltage release date being pushed back by one week on Friday, 30 October 2020.
The new release date for Oceania (Australia and New Zealand) (as approved by TPCi) is Friday, 20 November 2020. Therefore, the original release date has been pushed back by one week.
We have also updated the website banner to accommodate this change.
Please note our original order and stock allocation of Vivid Voltage has not been affected. All orders placed will be fulfilled but it is a matter of when.
At the moment we have almost sold out our first purchase order. What this means is that, once this has happened, the product listings and prices will change for the newly estimated date of stock of January 2021 (as a precaution).

Our PRE-ORDER offer will remain until our first purchase order has sold.
Our bundle deals will close when the first purchase order is fulfilled.
The Giveaway will be drawn on Monday, 16 November 2020 at 6:30PM AEST live on Facebook as scheduled.
