We are an online only store located in Salisbury, QLD 4107, Australia. 

2. Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store at the moment. But watch this space for when we announce our shopfront in 2024! 

3. Do you buy, value or trade trading cards for money or store credit?

Unfortunately, we do not offer these services. However, we may be able to when we launch our shopfront in 2024. 

4. Can I pay cash on delivery? 

No. We cannot accept cash on delivery based on our current system for processing online orders. 

5. Do you price match or can you give me a better discount?

We do not price match other stores or private sellers that may offer the same products we do. Please consider joining our Membership (it’s free) for discounts on future purchases. 


1. What is a pre-order and what happens when I pre-ordered something?

We offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order products in advance before their estimated release date. This allows customers to secure products before it sells out, especially with limited or exclusive items. 

We process pre-orders the same as in stock orders. However, fulfilment and handling times differ based on when the product may be available. 

2. Can I change or edit an existing pre-order? 

Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to amend an order that has already been paid. However, with our low free shipping threshold for domestic deliveries, making a new order for additional items is extremely cost effective. 


1. I’ve placed an order; how do I know when I’ll receive it? 

Same day dispatch applies to orders received before 2pm AEST Monday to Friday. Next business day dispatch for orders made over the weekend and/or on public holidays. However, pre-orders are subject to the products estimated release date which affects fulfilment and handling times. 

Estimated domestic delivery times: 2-6 Business Days, Express 1-3 Business Days, and international delivery times vary. 

2. Do I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you once we have fulfilled your order. An estimated delivery time will be provided with the respective carrier that is handling the delivery of your order. 

3. My tracking indicates that my order has been delivered but I haven’t received it. 

Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible for us to investigate further.

4. My order is being returned to you. What do I do?

Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible so we can assess the tracking history to determine the reason why your order has been returned to us. In some situations, we may be able to assist with a redirect or redelivery.


1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, ZipPay, and Laybuy. 

2. Do you accept cash on delivery?

No. We cannot accept cash on delivery based on our current system for processing online orders.
