Handling of Orders

It may take up to 1 business day to process your order. This excludes Pre Order and Backorder items that express an estimate date of release when it is available. We rely on the accuracy of our customer details at the time of purchase to fulfil orders. If you have accidentally provided us incorrect details, please message us here with your Order Number (i.e. #222222) as soon as possible.

Change of Mind Orders

No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

Cancelling an Order

We may impose a cancellation fee of 10% on the total purchase amount for Pre Order and/or Backorders that are cancelled after 7 business days from the purchase date. A cancellation fee may only be applied when you decide to cancel the order for whatsoever reason, not limited to, change of mind, financial reasons or any of the like. A cancellation fee will not be applied where pre orders and/or backorder items were unable to be fulfilled because of product discontinuation, unavailability, product limitations or any other factors that prevent us from completing your order. 

30 Day Return & Refunds

We will happily give you a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the product:

  • is still in its original condition and packaging
  • has not been opened
  • has not been damaged or tampered
  • is not an Online TCG Code(s)

Returning an Order

You may return an order where an item: 

  • is not as described
  • not fit for purpose
  • has a manufacture defect

If any of the above apply, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone, email, or through Facebook Messenger to arrange a return. We will provide you with a shipping label in order to process your return. When returning an order, please send it in the original packaging you received, or where possible, in a mailing box or any other form of packaging that is reasonable to protect goods during transit.  

Processing a Returned Order

It may take up to 7 business days for us to process a returned order once we have received it. If an item cannot be exchanged, a full refund of the purchase price may be applied to the original payment method, or alternatively, store credit or a partial refunding depending on the condition of the item, and whether it is exchangeable or refundable.

Refunds through PayPal, Afterpay, and Stripe

Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method at the time a returned order was placed. We will not provide a refund to an alternative payment method that was not used to make the order. Please allow between 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed. You will receive an email notification from us when an order has been partially or refunded in full. 

Refunds through Bank Transfer

Direct Bank Transfers payments apply in the same manner as the above payment methods.
