Refunds & Returns
You may be entitled to a refund where we cannot:
- Fulfil your order within a reasonable amount of time; or
- Product received is not as described, has been damaged or lost in transit (excludes orders marked as delivered)*, or has a manufacture error; and/or
- There is no replacement for your defective item.
You are not entitled to a refund for:
- Change of mind; or
- Found it cheaper somewhere else; or
- Decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
You may request to return a product within 30 days of receiving it if you believe there is a problem, or that you have accidentally purchased the wrong item.
