Returns

We offer return or exchange for most products. Please see below for further information. 

30 DAY RETURNS

We will happily assist with your request to exchange a product within 30 days from the date of delivery. To ensure that we can process your exchange we require: 

  • Proof of purchase
  • That the product is still in its original and saleable condition and packaging
  • Has not been opened or used
  • Is not a digital good (i.e., gift card)
  • A product on sale or on clearance

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return an item to us for an exchange. An exchanged item will be redelivered to the customer at no additional cost. 

CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES

We strive to provide exceptional customer service and experience. If you have changed your mind on a recent purchase from us, we will either provide an exchange, refund or store credit subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase
  • That the product is still in its original and saleable condition and packaging
  • Has not been opened or used
  • Is not a digital good (i.e., gift card)
  • A product on sale or on clearance
  • The product is not a Trading Card Game

Store credit may only be provided in the event that you have changed your mind on an item you have pre-ordered due to an unexpected delay on an estimated release date, found it cheaper elsewhere, have no use for it, and so on. A full refund will only be provided if an item you pre-ordered has been cancelled by the manufacturer and/or supplier.

All returns will be carefully inspected and assessed by us to ensure the above conditions are met before an exchange, refund or store credit is approved. 

Any returns that do not meet the above conditions will be ineligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We cannot process a cancellation request when your order has been shipped. You may return your order back to us, however, it will be subjected to our Return to Sender policy.

Pre-order cancellation requests for a refund will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total purchase price. This fee is associated with the costs of processing and handling pre-orders with our suppliers and business partners and the transaction fee we incur. Transaction fees are non-refundable to us when we issue a refund for a cancellation. No cancellation fee for store credit applies.

When you have submitted a request to cancel your order for a refund, we will process your request within 24 hours. A refund will only be processed to your original payment method that was used to place your order. Please refer to the Refunds policy on this page for more information.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

In rare cases some products may be received in a defective manner due to an error occurred during the product publishers manufacturing process or by our courier partners. 

We assess all claims on a case by case basis. To lodge a claim please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information: 

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photographic evidence of the defective product including the packaging where applicable

In certain circumstances we cannot accept a claim for product that has incurred a defect during the manufacturing process. For example, print lines on the trading card itself, imperfections in the product packaging and/or plastic seal, the quality of goods and its packaging.

This also includes but not limited to, product packaging damaged in transit where the contents (goods itself) have not been affected, creases or dents in packaging and/or material.  

REMEDY 

If we determine that a product was received faulty, you may be entitled to one of the following remedies: 

  • A replacement of the faulty part (including postage paid by us)
  • A replacement of the entire product
  • A full refund of the purchase price for the affected product
  • Eligible for store credit or exchange of another product of equal value if a replacement cannot be provided

 

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will only be processed to your original payment method that was used to place your order. You will be notified by email once this has been completed. If a refund is unable to be processed back to your original payment method, store credit will be applied as the alternative. 

Refunds for credit/debit card transactions may take up to 5 business days to process depending on your financial institution.

Buy now pay later refunds will incur a 5% processing and handling fee of the total purchase price due to the associated fees charged to us in these circumstances. This fee is excluded from pre-order cancellation requests for a refund. 

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

STORE CREDIT

In the event we experience a stock issue with completing your order (i.e. listing error or incorrect quantity available for in stock items only) we will issue store credit on your account. This credit does not expire and can be used to discount a future purchase. 

RETURN TO SENDER

If an order is returned to us due to an error on part of the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to collect from Post Office or Drop Location within the courier hold timeframe
  • Failure to accept re-delivery
  • Providing incorrect or incomplete delivery address at checkout
  • Refusing any applicable customs duties and fees or the delivery itself

You are required to contact us immediately to determine how you would like to proceed with your order subject to the following conditions.

REDELIVER 

To redeliver your order the following charges apply:

  • Payment of the new shipping fee (new label required to resend an order)
  • $10 Return to Sender Fee
  • International – subject to any applicable fees associated with the costs of receiving your returned order

REFUND

If you do not want to redeliver your order due to the associated costs above, a refund may be requested. You will be refunded the full purchase amount less:

  • The shipping costs already paid by you
  • $10 Return to Sender Fee
  • A 5% processing and handling fee of the total purchase price for services rendered in this process

NO RESPONSE

If we do not receive any form of communication from you within 14 days of your order being returned to us. It will be deemed as an abandoned order and items in the order will be restocked and relisted for sale. We cannot issue a refund or offer to redeliver your order once it has been abandoned.
